Proposals for project commitments should answer the following explicitly:

Relevancy

• How does this program further Free Ride's vision and goals?
• On a scale of 0-100 percent what is the resource consumption of this program:
  • Budget
  • Man Hours
• What is the impact of this program if it fails? I.E what is the worst case risk?

Resources

• What benefits does this program offer?
  • Payment opportunities for volunteers?
• Who is involved with this project?
• Who will need to do work on this project?
  • Accounting? Purchasing? Bike Pittsburgh?
• What other resources does the project require?
  • Shop time? Parts? Tools? Money?
• How will this impact other programs that already exist?

Contingencies

• What don't we know yet - what are the open questions?
• What will happen if people's availability changes?
• Under what conditions will we drop the program?
