Wrap Up

Jessica's comments: From what is on the goals page, I realize now that at least those four people (including myself) had in their minds a mix of "big-picture" discussions and more operational tasks they hoped to get done with this big chunk of time we'll have together (talk about the lease, work out a commission system, have a crabgrass workshop).  While it is not impossible to throw in a couple of "operational" discussions, I think we're faced with a bit of a choice; are we having a really long monthly meeting, or are we using this time to think seriously about what the hell we're trying to do, and how we can make it work?

That said - take a look at the outline.  It is designed to be big-picture.  Do people agree that's what we need? Do people think this agenda will get us into the discussions we need to have?  How could it be tweaked to improve that?
