Things to talk about:

- Calendar: signup sheet

- Calendar: Set November meeting (1pm, somewhere, Sunday, Nov 11?)

    - Handmade Arcade is Sat Nov 10, 11am-7pm and Sun Nov 11, 11am-5pm. Is the overlap a problem for anybody?

- CJ update

    - most importantly on this front, we got a interim lease to comment on.

- What's up with the Merton Center?

- Do we need to re-arrange the shop at all, do stuff with more signs, etc?

- Have people been doing the Wednesday Fix For Sale nights? How have they gone?

- How did the Alternative Transportation Festival go?

- Sexual harassment "policy": do we have one?  If so, revisit.  If not, figure one out.

Winter is coming:

- Heaters?

- Kids bikes for Christmas?

- Any other special preparations that need to be made?

Followup on last weeks special meeting:

- Discussion of committee framework created at the meeting

- Discuss who will be on which committee to the extent that it is not already decided or obvious

- Proposal to implement the committee framework

- Discuss what to do about havinging good communication between committees, the whole collective, and people who come to the shop

- Proposal for what communication improvement stuff needs to be done and who will do it
