- Buy a vise and a FRW-1 wrench or two as discussed on the wiki? Wilton 1745 vise is $330.75 from Grainger, FRW-1 wrench is $26.95

- What went wrong with the unstaffed Saturday and how do we keep that from happening again?

- FR is hopefully going to be signing documents with CJ soon. Who will sign for FR, and how will that process work?

- Clearing bikes out of the shop:

  + Kids bikes for Christmas?

  + What do we want to do about fix for sale? (blue tags?, quality control, how to do paperwork, etc.)

- What do we do about following up on the sexual harassment policy stuff we discussed in October?

- Geoff's proposal for a fixed/singlespeed class
