- Review of Words 2.0
- Review of Retreat
- Stuart, Matt, Jessica, and Diane are meeting at 5:30 on Wednesday in the vestibule of the Carnegie Library to discuss how to do this. Others are welcome to attend.
- Discuss meeting times/dates/lengths
- General discussion of what issues need to be considered before making committments as an organization
- Contingency plans if things are more difficult than expected or people leave town.
- When will we abandon a program rather than devote more time to it
- Does approving a program mean "ok, the several folks interested in this can go and do it" or does everyone need to commit to keeping the program running if they're needed? Is there a middle road policy to adopt here?
- Discuss EAB commitments for the summer
- Volunteer coordinator
- Discuss talking points for greeters
- Approve final draft of CJ letter
- Discussion of cash register training, etc.
