- Set retreat dates! (and the associated Saturday open shop closing)

- Set February meeting time & location (1pm sunday feb 10?)

Reportbacks:

Will has several things to talk about at some point during the meeting including,

- Checking for any objections to purchasing some expensive tools that have been requested on the clipboard

- Reporting on fire safety stuff

- Reporting on what's involved in getting a bike rack (re: merton center agenda item later on this page)

- Expressing a strong desire to get something figured out for filling open shop shifts

- Another thing... it probably needs to have it's own agenda item later on

- What to do about staffing open shop

- Reatreat planning

- Talk about the sexual harassment policy stuff that Johnny & Diane are working on
