- FreeRide will have liaison to facilitate interaction with construction junction. The liaison will be a delegate representing the consensus opionion of the collective and having no autonomous executive powers. The liaison will conduct regularly scheduled face to face meetings with Construction Junction's liaison. The liaison will provide the collective with timely and complete records of all communications with Construction Junction. Other collective members are welcome to attend the liaison's meetings.
- People who have volunteered regularly for 6 months and have a demonstrated need for a key (ex: agree to open the shop on a regular basis) can have keys to the shop.

- When making purchases, we strive to consider the environmental and social impacts of what products we buy. We should try to buy products that minimize the environmental impact of production and transport and that support organized labor and worker's rights.
