Facilitation

To me (Morgan), trying to facilitate this ourselves is probably not a good idea. Of course, I don't have a better idea, but maybe you do. Put it here, if so.

I (Stuart) agree that outside facilitation is imperative.

I (Diane) sent an e-mail to the people in the class I took at the Pittsburgh Mediation Center, to see if any of them would like to facilitate.  There were a few people I think might do it well.

I think outside facilitation means we need a really well developed agenda pre-retreat.

I think I could facilitate if we can't find a suitable 'outsider'.  I'm involved, I know what the discussions are about, but I'm leaving in March, so I'm less personally invested in the particular outcome of decisions.  All I want is for Free Ride to stick around and get even better than it already is.
