Remember the Check signing policy?  Well, I took our responses back to the BP board, and they basically got all confused and decided not to implement anything yet.  The simple version is, some people decided that actually maybe we should be really really cautious and double-sign everything, and other people said...ummm, that's not what we agreed on before.... and it got tabled because there are bigger fish to fry.  Maybe it will come back up again in the next couple months.  I told everyone really clearly that if they want to do something, the board needs to make a proposal to Free Ride, and we need a month to respond to it.

Fiscal Sponsorshop Agreement- this has come back up, there is some push to move it forward.  I've put the draft I've had for a while on the wiki, please comment.

Insurance - we've just gotten a new bill (they come annually I believe).  Scott requests that we pay half the cost - $844.50  Also see the letter sent by the insurance agent explaining what exactly we are insured for (and offering "terrorism insurance" for extra premium.  I hope no one bit that hook.)
